Charter/Management
Private aircraft are
an expensive asset, but the lack of comfort and convenience that comes
with airline travel has made acquiring a private aircraft a priority for
many individuals and companies. They have found that a private aircraft
increases their productivity and efficiency, and enhances their quality
of life. However, after they acquire one, many new owners discover that
the many responsibilities that come with an aircraft demand a commitment
of time, skill and expertise that they either do not have, or are
unwilling to undertake themselves. That is where professional aircraft
management services come in. There are primarily two forms of aircraft
management: one is where the management company hangars, maintains and
operates the aircraft exclusively for the benefit of the owner. The
aircraft is not hired out to third parties to provide on-demand
commercial chartered flight services. This form of management is
sometimes referred to as "Part 91 management," and is primarily designed
for those owners who want to be the only users of their aircraft. They
do not feel the need to realize a return on their multi-million dollar
investment. Maintenance, flight operations, and accounting services are
managed by skilled personnel who know your schedule and coordinate with
flight operations to ensure that your aircraft is ready when and where
you want to use it. |

The
second type of
management includes making your aircraft available whenever you are not
using it to third-party charter customers who seek private jet travel.
This type of management includes the same services found in the "Part 91
management," but adds a service which generates charter revenue back to
the aircraft owner. This service, sometimes referred to as "Part 135
management," helps to offset the cost of owning and operating a private
jet. If you do not expect to fully utilize your aircraft, having a
management company make it available for charter is an excellent way to
offset some of the costs associated with owning and operating your
aircraft.

The
demand for safe,
late-model premium jet aircraft is higher than ever, and seems to be
headed for steady growth. Air carrier / management companies provide
aircraft management, charter, 24-hour trip-quoting, aircraft dispatch
and flight crew scheduling and flight support throughout the world to
their aircraft owner clients.
EntreprenAir
negotiates every detail of the type of management arrangement that is
best for our aircraft owner clients. These include FAA and JAR-Ops
certificated air carriers whose list of charter customers is growing
daily. These deals may include an aircraft management agreement, lease,
timeshare agreement, charter agreement, etc. We close the deal to ensure
that once our clients take delivery on their new jet aircraft, it will
be operated in an arrangement that they feel comfortable with, presents
no unpleasant surprises, and meets both their travel and financial
needs.
The aircraft owner retains full control over their aircraft, while the
air carrier / management company satisfies the owner's needs. The
companies with whom
EntreprenAir
does business manage the owner’s aircraft with professionalism and
confidentiality. They provide domestic and international flight
planning, line operations, maintenance services and hangarage, along
with insurance, transparent financial reporting and administrative
